We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 working days however please allow up to 7 working days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive tracking information via email. Shipping times can vary during busy periods and depending on your location, particularly on international orders. Please allow up to 2 weeks from receiving your tracking information to receive your order. If you have not received it after this time, please contact us on info@taoutdoors.com.
Please note that TA Outdoors cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage due to theft during transit.
Customs Charges
International shipments may incur customs and/or VAT fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office in your country.
