Returns Policy
We hope that you will love our products, however if you need to return an item, please email info@taoutdoors.com to notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. Once we have acknowledged your decision to return the item, we will send you the returns address and ask you to return the item in brand new condition and in its original packaging. You will then have 14 days to send the item back to us. Provided the item is returned unused, we will then process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods.
You must take reasonable care of the goods and return them at your own expense. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and that you adequately insure the goods for the return journey so that the full value is covered in event of loss or damage. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund if your item is a custom order, has been personalised or for any gift certificates. We do not accept any responsibility for items that are lost in transit on the return journey.
Cancellations Policy
Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on info@taoutdoors.com. If the order has not been processed and shipped, it’s no trouble to cancel the order and refund you. If the order has already shipped, we will require you to send the order back to us at your own expense. Please see the above Returns Policy for more information. Most orders are processed within 1-3 days of being placed, so please act fast if you need to make an amendment or cancel.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your order reaches you in a damaged or faulty condition, please contact us within 1 week of receiving the item on info@taoutdoors.com. We will ask you to provide photos of the damage or fault and guide you through the next steps. We strive to ensure our products are of the highest quality and would like the opportunity to make amends in the event that you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us if you have any concerns.
